For our residency at Voorheen De Gemeente (Leeuwarden), we’ve transformed a condemned apartment: Beukenstraat 36A, located in Heechterp, a post-war neighborhood scheduled for complete demolition, into a multifunctional installation and space.

Transforming the space by rotating the walls of the apartment we intended to visualize the framework of a space within a space, creating margins, reconstructing it into an artwork, archive, communal, project and exhibition space. A space of possibilities.
